New organization of HaFICo has been confirmed: + After 10 years of foundation (from tradition of 50 years), new organization of HaFICo has been confirmed and improved incessantly its position. HaFICo Group includes 3 Groups of Parent companies: Parent Corporation in IPC Consultant Branch; Parent Corporation in InPEL Investment Development Branch; Parent Corporation in FICoM Investment Commercial Branch with Head Offices located in Hanoi, system of subsidiary companies, member companies, and associating companies in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Long, Hai Phong and overseas... having close-knit and unshakable relationship, having market, technology, funds, and profits in common. + HaFICo Group’s reputation and prestige have been built and maintained in the market as well as in the whole system of HaFICo Group. + HaFICo Group operates according to model of firms-corporation. Through its activities, HaFICo Group has proved that: The economic essence of HaFICo Group is associating network gathering all core capacities of companies and not depend on owned organization. That organization has been being in many countries in the world, that is strategic organization with the operation rule of the “network”. That is an economic network of many legal entities. This model was transferred the managing technology from International organizations.

The Field of International Cooperation & Relationship has been opened + VIKOA is an International Consultant Firm in HaFICo Group’s system. VIKOA, an associating member in HaFICo Group’s system, has performed a lot of big projects in Vietnam, Korea, Europe, and in America. + With the support from VEC, HaFICo Group has made bold decisions about partners, HaFICo Group has already made financial contribution to establish Vietnam Expressway Consultant JS Co. (VECC) together with VEC, Nippon Koei (Japan), and XFZ (China) in order to internationalize the consultant work of HaFICo. + Associate in Investment and international bidding together with the investors and Consultant companies: Nippon Koei, PCI, KEI (Japan); SMEC, KBR, MWH (Australia); KCI, KEC (Korea); XFZ Group , R & B, JASAY, CMEC, CHEC, ZINTAI, GAOLI, Good wishes, Good Construction (Hong Kong, China); BCOM (France); Wilbur Smith, Andice (USA), and Getinsa (Spain).

The Economy and organization scale of HaFICo’s system have been developed + Economy has grown and stood firm in difficulties + The development in economy for all members has been confirmed + HaFICo Group has extended areas of activities, built successfully HaFICo Hai Phong, HaFICo South in Hochiminh City, HaFICo_International. + New companies were established: HaFI_Tech, Archi_Royal, Royal Investment Commerce Co. + Admitted some more new member companies to HaFICo Group.

HaFICo attaches special importance to intensive investment. HaFICo has invested two modern offices in Hanoi city and is investing in Ha Long and Ho Chi Minh City. + The Quality Management System is applied according to ISO international standard. + HaFICo Group‘s CIO leaders has applied IT in management. Organized many big master planning projects at Lang- Hoa Lac, Da Nang, Hanoi for international and domestic investors.
