Ha Long Heaven tourism area Project is one of investing projects of HaFICo Group in Ha Long - Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hai Duong and Hung Yen provinces.

The project is planed on Ha Long Hill area with total area of 12 ha including 01 collective service area at hilltop (Five-star Hotel, conferential center, commercial center, entertainment area ...) and 58 villas lying on hillside along the highway.

The project is particularly concerned because of advantage in landscape and traffic unitedness in the area as follows:  

        - Lying on central area of tourism and holiday in Ha Long City.

        - It is at the top (hilltop) so it’s easy to view Ha Long Bay and Cua Luc Bay.

        - The Northeastern side of project is bordered with Bai Chay Bridge’s approach road, and according to traffic master plan, the project will have pathway directly to approach road of Bai Chay Bridge creating advantageous traffic unitedness with Hon Gai area.

The project is completed about investment preparation and be in progress of constructing investment overall in infrastructure such as internal and area communication route, light system, verdure system and scenery area...
